Active Mums


"Many women feel daunted at the prospect of returning to activity and exercise after childbirth. We have created the Active Mum programme to help women feel more supported on their rehabilitation journey. Enjoy a thorough assessment with a pelvic floor physiotherapist, 4 follow up treatments including pelvic floor assessments in lying and standing, core assessment including a diastasis check and a load and impact assesment to find out if and when you are ready to return to the exercise you love. The programme also includes helpful resources and videos to help you along your journey."
