When booking online, choose the Pregnancy Pit Stop Assessment. Your first appointment will last about 1 hour. I will ask you a number of health questions relating to any symptoms or goals that you have. You may want to ask questions about your pregnancy and the effects on your body. If you have symptoms, it's a good time to share this information.
We will then move to the physical examination. I will take a close look at your posture and movement in standing, sitting and lying. I will complete a number of tests that will look at your joint function, muscle strength and length and your general ability to move from one position to another.
We will have a chat about my findings and together we will produce a bespoke treatment plan from now until the birth of your baby. You will receive support as required by email and can book in follow up appointments when needed.
